Logistics Overview DVA SCENTS partners with Pakistan's leading logistics providers (TCS, Leopards, and BlueEx) to ensure that your delicate perfume bottles are handled with the utmost care and delivered to your doorstep safely.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT are dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines (Estimated)

• Karachi: 1 – 2 Working Days.

• Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot): 2 – 4 Working Days.

• Remote Areas & Small Towns: 5 – 7 Working Days.

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Delivery: A flat fee of Rs. [300] applies to all orders nationwide.

• Free Shipping Threshold: Enjoy FREE DELIVERY on all orders totaling.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Protocol

For a smooth COD experience:

• Verification: Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders will be held for 48 hours and then cancelled.
  
• Payment: Please have the exact change ready for the rider.
  
  
• No "Open Parcel" Policy: According to courier company rules in Pakistan, riders are not allowed to open the parcel before payment. For any issues inside the box, please contact our customer support directly.

5. Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the customer was unavailable or the phone was unattended, we will attempt to contact you for a second delivery. Repeated failures may result in the customer being blacklisted from the COD service.
